It's been almost 2 weeks since our last update and the wet works are almost completed! So you get to see a pretty neat and tidy up flat now as compared to the last post.

New windows installed too! We really see lots of progress. Our contractor has been really busy. But it's very very normal at this time of the year where everyone wants to get their newly renovated flats before Christmas or New Year or Chinese New Year. My contractor has been telling us that he is so stressed over the handover datelines that his head is super big and he can't sleep at night.

Subway tile kitchen backsplash completed
Kitchen floor tiles completed as well. Electrical wirings have been pulled, leaving the faceplates to be installed at a later date.
